After completing a degree in Building Surveying in 1997 and working as a Building Surveyor for the MOD, Ian accepted a role in the exciting world of recruitment. Since July '08 Ian has jointly managed the architectural team at the renowned architecture and design recruitment consultancy Adrem based in central London. In 2010 Adrem invited Ian to become a Divisional Director where he is now an integral part of the company's management team looking at company strategy, recruitment and internal operations.
