In 1981 as designers with A1 portfolios in hand we were looking for our dream jobs.

“Wouldn’t it be great to have an architecture & design recruitment agency run by architects and designers who know how we feel?” and that’s pretty much how Adrem began.

Decades on we have stayed close to our roots and with the positive influences of some amazing career specialists we have incorporated the sensitivity of design with the empathy of professional career advice.

From our studios in London,  Shanghai & Dubai we represent you globally and utilise our relationships to pursue your professional ambitions. We are here to develop your goals and achieve your aspirations.

Amy brings her international recruitment background to help many architecture and design firms find the perfect support.

Amy has over 8 years global experience in admin recruitment and currently specialises in recruiting Marketing, Communications, Business Developers and PR Professionals within architecture, construction and design industries.

Gina works with talented design professionals in Architecture from finding that right candidate to finding that right job.

Originally from New Zealand, Gina has been successfully working in the recruitment industry in London for over 7 years, specialising in the Architecture, Design and Construction sectors with all the variety and challenges it offers.  She enjoys meeting and working with talented design professionals assisting them in their chosen careers. Gina manages the Architecture Team specialising in permanent recruitment for a whole range of exciting clients.

Darren is involved in finding high-quality Product professionals of all levels into the industry.

Darren is focused on recruiting leading talent for some of the biggest and most highly regarded design studios and brands. Having studied Industrial Design at Brunel University, Darren began his recruitment career in the Architectural and Interiors industry and, in joining Adrem’s Product desk, he has now been able to use his knowledge of creative recruitment and his passion for Product Design.

Deborah manages the Interiors desk with her extensive background from the Interior Design industry.

Interior Design industry. Deborah joined Adrem in 2003 specialising in Interior Design recruitment and later became Divisional Director in 2010. As former Design Director  and an extreme lover of cats, Deborah brings her caring nature and extensive recruitment experience to support the needs of the industry.

Malcolm is involved in leading design recruitment and expanding to new horizons such as Middle-East and North Africa.

Year Joined Adrem: 1981

Originally trained as a Designer, Malcolm established Adrem Group in 1981 and has spent the last 35 years connecting Senior International Architects, Designers and Engineers across the globe at Partner and Director level. As a founding member of the London business, he has been involved in leading design recruitment and it’s evolution and expanding to new horizons such as Middle-East and North Africa.

Managing Director

Del is the Group Managing Director and also qualified Architect and Positive Psychologist.

Originally qualified as an Architect and practiced in the offices of Foster & Partners. Del was awarded London’s Business Mentor of the Year in 2012 and advises the RIBA on developing the skill sets of Architects. Del is a confidante to Architecture and Design leaders across Europe and Asia and has an exceptional network utilised to advise clients on their resourcing, growth strategies and appointments.

MENA Division

Emad transfers his wanderlust into life skills and represents Adrem in the Middle East & North Africa region.

Year Joined Adrem: 2014

Emad is Adrem’s Regional Manager in the MENA region. An Egyptian born Australian, Emad has lived in 8 countries during his lifetime and has now settled in the UAE. With 5 years hands-on experience within the construction industry in Abu Dhabi, he has developed a very strong sense of international business and a special understanding of local culture and personalities. After studying Architecture at RMIT University, Emad developed his industry experience by taking part in projects like the Etihad Towers (Tower 2) in Abu Dhabi, partnering organisations such as AECOM & Hill International. He has taken to the world of recruitment like a duck to water.

Maayke Markus

Office Manager / HR

Maayke is the HR and Office Manager for Adrem's Head Office in London.

Maayke is responsible for overseeing Adrem Group’s daily operations and procedures. She also manages the administrative & marketing teams, ultimately ensuring that the business runs smoothly and without incident.

Savina is our Marketing Manager and she oversees all things related to the Adrem brand.

Savina rejoined Adrem in 2014, and now manages different outputs of the company involving social media, events as well as internal/external marketing. She works closely with the directors to plan and execute material that will promote each division and encourage awareness of the Adrem brand overall.

Creative Support

We all know as part of any company it is essential for Admin to act as a backbone. Our Creative Support team simplifies the process on searching for the right person to fit in the right team. We provide Administrators, Secretarial/ PA’s, Document Controllers, and Front of House Representatives for all creative needs.


Our Graphics Team covers the full spectrum of roles from Design Director to Junior level. Working with branding, packaging and integrated agencies from retail to corporate organisations. We assist with in-house graphics and visualising roles with leading companies as well as Architecture and Interior design practices and visual houses.


Our team of ex-designers have relationships with creative professionals that shape interior landscapes from the workplace right through to hotel and residential Interior Design Jobs. We connect with practices and studios that pride themselves on creating backgrounds that stimulate, amaze and relax.


The Product Team have studied and practiced within the field of Industrial and Product Design. We understand the key skills and knowledge required to progress within the industry and create the designs which change society for the best. Our team utilises their expertise, design eyes and market knowledge to recruit for the industry.

Executive Appointments

Our Executive Appointments team specialises in identifying strategic appointments at senior level, across Architecture, Design, Property and Construction sectors. We attract, retain and develop high worth individuals within the management team.
