Having worked as an Architect at some of the leading practices in London, Del originally approached Adrem a number of years ago looking for a new role in architecture with a change, this he did and hasn’t looked back since.
Passionate about people, Del leads the Adrem Group whilst also working as an advisor and Business publications editor for the RIBA. A couple of years ago, Del was invited to develop and edit this remarkable series of Creative Business Essentials for the Institute, advising on subjects such as Financial Management and HR for Creatives. With the success of the first 2 editions, the RIBA have scheduled to edit and publish more creative business essential topics in the near future.
“Read these books. Keep them for references on the shelf in your office and direct anyone who manages a practice towards them. They are effective tools to help us achieve the profession to which we all aspire.” – Jane Duncan, President RIBA
Furthermore, Del offers ongoing support to the Bartlett where he previously studied and is also a mentor to many architecture and design practices, advising on business growth and strategy.
In 2013, Del was awarded London’s ‘Top Business Mentor of the Year’ by the University of London and more recently he was listed on the BBPI Power 100 of British-Bangladeshi’s in the UK.
Del has been invited to mentor by the Prince’s Trust Charity Mosaic Associates, who support disadvantaged children and young people from deprived communities in the UK. Mosaic’s aim is to create opportunities for young people of all backgrounds, harnessing the power of positive thinking.
