A top AJ100 practice with one of the most diverse and high-value portfolios in the region is seeking a focused architectural technologist to work on a variety of BIM Level 2 projects. with values in excess of £100 million.
With active BIM Level 2 projects, applicants must possess prior experience using Revit on live projects in excess of £20 million, however, previous experience operating to BIM Level 2 is not required as the successful individual will receive training (directly with the in-house BIM Coordinator/ Manager).
If you are currently working in a practice that lacks project diversity this could be the perfect opportunity for you to join one of the industries finest practices and work on an array of project sectors, from healthcare (including R&D), education and high-end residential (including high-rise) through to nuclear facilities and civic commissions, both national and international.
You will work alongside a project architect to develop projects from RIBA Stage 4-7, creating & managing detailed designs, working drawings and specifications, liaising with BIM support to ensure level 2 compliance.
- CIAT/ MCIAT accreditation
- Full Revit software proficiency
- UK-based practice experience (4+ years) on projects in excess of £20 million
- Strong communication skills
