A fantastic architectural, planning and design studio that has been established for over 15 years who have quickly earned a reputation for designing and delivering high quality architecture, are seeking a highly organised and talented individual to assist with Marketing, Office Management and PA duties. The candidate will be working in a fast paced and exciting environment with excellent opportunities for development looking to join a vibrant, social and creative team!

Key responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Assistant:

  • Managing overall marketing strategy for the practice
  • Assist with preparation and production of marketing documents and presentations
  • Lead and run social media campaigns
  • Keep the website and social media platforms up-to-date showcasing positive news and social events
  • Planning and logistics of marketing strategy including new business events
  • Responsible for director’s diary management, travel arrangements, expenses, keeping directors informed of marketing feedback, new ideas and other general PA duties
  • Assisting with submissions and practice profiles

PA duties:

  • Arranging travel including train tickets, flights and accommodation
  • Facilities management: liaising with landlord and subtenants, council tax
  • Management and staff meetings: setting up agenda and minute taking
  • Renewal of office and professional indemnity insurance
  • Manage office cost/staff costs/project resourcing and project profit and loss schedules
  • Revise and update office manual & office manager manual

Key Skills of the Digital Marketing Assistant:

  • An understanding/experience of working in a Marketing environment.
  • Excellent administrative skills with good design awareness
  • Experience working within a lively and busy office environment
  • The ability to work productively under pressure
  • Excellent time management skills
  • A self-motivated and ambitious can-do attitude
  • The ability to multi-task and maintain a level head
  • Be sociable, lively and integrate with the social aspects of the office
  • The candidate must have excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer proficiency – Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite required

You will ideally have a few years’ worth of press/communications/marketing experience, plus an interest in architecture and design will be of benefit. You will be expected to develop and enhance relationships with existing and new clients, the press and all members of the office.
