A small retail design consultancy is seeking a determined Digital Marketing Executive to join their North West London studio. They are one of the leaders in the retail design industry, focusing on creating immersive experiences for international brands. They are looking for someone with proven experience in HubSpot and internal marketing to manage the marketing of the company. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to move into a close-knit company that cares about their people, their growth, and their progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion the internal marketing for the studio
  • Establish and develop processes to ensure campaign and lead management is done in the best way, creating internal document processes and templates
  • Create landing pages, forms, workflows, email campaigns, designing templates, calls to action, etc. via HubSpot
  • Create workflows for data lists based on behaviours and target markets (clients, leads, media based on past engagement and interactions)
  • Analyse HubSpot data, presenting this to the team to develop marketing automation campaigns
  • Use SEO to increase online presence
  • Track and analyse website traffic, creating regular internal reports
  • Reduce disengagement and increase productive email sends including analyses of the effects of frequency patterns, day/time of send, etc.
  • Regularly update the company website, adding new content, projects, and communications
  • Manage social media campaigns via Twitter, Linkedin and Instagram
  • Create digital assets for online use (resizing, editing, formatting, etc.)
  • Liaise with external PR consultant to create any digital assets for external media channels

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in B2B digital marketing
  • High proficiency in HubSpot
  • Experience in marketing automation and SEO
  • Excellent written skills with a high attention to detail
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies
  • Quick learner with the ability to pick up new technologies quickly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
