Head of Business Development & Sales for a niche property design firm
My client a bespoke and design led property development firm are looking for a Head of Business Development and Sales to join their small, friendly team in a brand new role for the company. They are looking for an experienced candidate who can capitalise on existing sales leads and also develop and deliver a business development strategy to grow the business.
This role has real autonomy and room for growth and would suit an enthusiastic, self-motivated and passionate sales professional.
Responsibilities of the Head of Business Development & Sales include:
- *Manage all incoming sales enquiries and increase the % of leads into projects.
- D*evelop and implement a new business development strategy to increase awareness of the brand and expand into new markets.
- *>Build close relationships with private clients and see the sales process through from start to finish.
- Have a genuine interest or passion for design and the ability to talk in detail about the product to customers.
- Take a ‘bird’s eye view’ of the business to ensure that the company grows and come up with new and innovative ideas to do this.
The successful candidate will be sparky, enthusiastic individual with the knack of closing sales and developing strong client relationships. They will also need to have interesting ideas and experience of how to grow a business, increase turnover and expand into new markets.
