An AJ100 Architects Practice are looking to hire an experienced HR Manager as they enter a new and exciting transitional phase.
This creative practice is consistently producing high quality designs and have been recognised as a great place to work. The ideal person for this role will be on the same page when it comes to company ethos which has a great focus on equality, team work and work life balance. They have a beautifully newly designed studio based in South London and are a friendly and sociable studio.
This is a Generalist HR role where some responsibilities will include but are not limited to; providing advice and assistance to directors and managers on staff policies, procedures, employment legislation and best practice guidance, as well as recruitment, contracts and resourcing. To be successful in this role you will have solid experience of an HR Generalist role ideally within the design or creative industries, you will have a good track record of delivering HR or having a critical role in a fast paced HR Team, ideally degree educated and/or CIPD qualified or working towards CIPD qualification.
The role will initially be 3 full days per week, or 5 short days and this may increase over time as the role and company evolves.
