One of the UK’s leading studio’s, with offices all over the UK, has an amazing opportunity for a BIM Manager to join its London office. You will be asked to collaborate with the existing BIM Team & senior management (nationwide) to help push the boundaries of BIM and its application.
Travel: Initially, this role will require the successful individual to travel for 1-2 days a week to work with the senior management + the BIM team in each office. The requirement to travel will of course taper off once the necessary methodologies/processes have been ‘ironed out’ and are in place. Our client suspects this will take around 5-7 months, however, this timeline will of course be determined by the successful individual. To note, the business will cover the cost of travel to its other offices.
The Setting: The business has already established a strong foothold in Revit (BIM) with each office now working with between 60-90% (varies depending on office) BIM project folio. They are now seeking an individual that can work with the full support of the company directors & lead the various BIM Coordinators in each of their offices to take things to the next level.
The Role: Your main task is to utilise your proven BIM experience to provide support & guidance for the company’s project teams nationwide. You will join the studio and get straight to work establishing best practice, this includes maintenance of models, improving workflow and strategy efficiency. You will travel to each office to meet and work closely with the Company Directors + BIM coordinators who are fully on board and keen to implement new ways of working that will drive efficiency. You will be asked to lead regular workshops when required to ensure the continued development of Revit, Navisworks & Dynamo proficiency across the business.

Other requirements: Our client works across a wide variety of project types and a range of scales. Candidates should therefore have the proven ability to work on medium to large scale projects at varied complexities.
