A small and award winning commercial architecture and interior design practice in Richmond is seeking a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join their team. Their portfolio includes a wide array of projects from hotels, head offices, restaurants and flagship stores to residential developments, one-off houses and house refurbishments.
Marketing – brochures, presentations, award submissions and website management. InDesign and good layout skills are imperative in this position.
Communications – Written text on the practice and architectural projects, writing for the website, press releases and liaising with media as necessary
Business Development – Bid management
Administration – Ad hoc as necessary but a strong admin background is also preferred in this role.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a well rounded office manager who has some marketing experience that would rather have 80% of their job as marketing.
Good indesign experience is essential for all applicants.
