Marketing / Communications Manager For Architecture Practice

Maternity cover position. They would consider part time for the right candidate.

The salary is a guide £45 – 50,000 p.a. and for the right person they would look above this.

An award-winning global design and architecture firm is seeking a marketing and communications expert whose passion for architecture and design is translated into thoughtfully articulated marketing content. This position balances complex, deadline-driven projects with research and organisational skills.

You New Role:

  • Responsible for executing marketing plans
  • Self-directed, flexible team players that have great interpersonal skills, learn quickly, and relish the opportunity to support project teams in pursuing business development opportunities

Key factors in your role:

  1. Leading Bid Development
  2. Identifying the Right Relationships: In partnership with studio leadership teams, you will research, identify and qualify new leads
  3. Executing Business Development Strategy
  4. Oversee communication programs with the external PR agency
  5. Manage thought leadership content

What you will need to Succeed:

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of industry experience is required
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or other applicable discipline
  • Experience working in an architecture practice
  • Excellent writing, editing and research skills
  • Ability to manage a Marketing Assistant
  • Ability to work efficiently under multiple deadlines
  • Technology savvy and a good graphic eye
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
