Office and Communications Manager for Architects in Shoreditch

A small but highly regarded architects practice based in Shoreditch are looking for an Office and Communications Manager to join the studio.

Supporting a friendly team of 10-12 architects you will have 3 main areas of responsibility:

Office Management:

  • Incoming calls
  • Office supplies
  • Booking travel, meeting rooms, taxis
  • Manage petty cash
  • Manage timesheets and log expenses
  • Update manuals
  • Manage supplier invoices
  • Manage post

Graphic Design / Communications:

  • Create marketing brochures
  • Develop proposals, staff CVs
  • Complete PQQs

Project Support:

  • Document control
  • Type up meeting minutes
  • Update schedules

Training will be provided in all areas where needed however the following skillset is an advantage:

  • Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro
  • Conject, Asite, Viewpoint,
  • Xero
