One of the UK’s leading Architectural Practices is seeking an experienced PA to assist their two directors for a 12-month contract. The practice specialises in residential, mixed-use and workplace developments, educational and cultural buildings. This role is a great opportunity for a proactive and intuitive PA to work in a challenging and rewarding environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Extensive diary management
  • Email management – screening, filing, and writing formal emails on behalf of directors
  • Liaise with existing clients and develop relationships
  • Prepare monthly timesheets, expenses, bills, renewals and insurance
  • Assist the finance department with directors personal tax and property management
  • Arrange travel and bookings
  • Ad hoc purchases and assist with research
  • Provide general office support and assist reception when needed
  • Coordinate client events and assist with company events/dinners/outings
  • Assist the practice manager with recruitment
  • Manage the day to day office cleaners

Key skills:

  • Proven experience working in a PA/Team Support role at a senior level within the architecture and design industry
  • Excellent organisational skills with an extreme attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet constantly changing deadlines
  • Proactive with the ability to work autonomously and make decisions
  • Confident and friendly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Proficient in InDesign and Photoshop (desirable but not required)

Possess a genuine interest in architecture and design
