Part-Time Client Experience Rep – Furniture Manufacture Job

One of the leading international furniture manufacturers for commercial, workplace and educational sectors are seeking a Client Experience Representative part-time to join their dynamic and growing team! The ideal candidate will be a self-started with a strong commitment to excellence with expert interpersonal and time management skills.

Role Responsibilities –

  • Making the showroom an effective sales tool and client experience for the sales region
  • First point of contact for the company ensuring a positive customer experience and developing the sales opportunity using soft selling tools, continual maintenance of existing product, oversight of mock up set up and breakdown and design integrity
  • Providing product information and assistance to dealer sales personnel and end users
  • Positioning their insight led approach while demonstrating products/applications for walk-in customers
  • Booking and administering conference and office space reservations, catering requests and AV/technology set up and resources. Provides local sales proposal support in conjunction with the SRN team
  • Focusing on customers achieving their business goals through the application of company insights
  • Responsible to provide some regional sales administrative support but not primary focus of the role

  • Ability to exercise diplomacy and judgment in all facts of the role, including setting priorities and providing information and guidance to others in carrying out assigned responsibilities
  • Have a gracious and hospitable demeanour
  • Superior organization/administrative skills and thorough understanding of field sales office procedures, company policies and procedures and the ability to apply this knowledge to make decisions effectively
  • Able to demonstrate and utilize technology
  • Able to develop and design documents and tools necessary to supplement the client experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
  • Creative background/degree preferred
