A Clerkenwell-based furniture consultancy and supplier is seeking a Post Project Coordinator to join their team. The company works with hundreds of leading furniture brands to deliver their clients the best products for their projects. The role will be managing the end of projects, ensuring things are executed properly or fixed when needed. This is the perfect role for someone with great customer service to build on their project management skills and develop within a company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend client handover/sign off meetings with the project manager
  • Record snagging issues onsite at the project installation, producing a snag report for client issue and liaise with the project manager to action the resolutions
  • Monitor the snagging programme, liaising with suppliers, internal installation manager and clients
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers/contractors to provide quotes, arrange installations, ensuring costs are within budget and delivery is within timeline
  • Monitor all incoming order acknowledgements to ensure supplier deliveries fall within the project timeline
  • Attend any site visits before installation when needed
  • Collect and process supplier invoices once product has been delivered and snagging issues resolved
  • Quality check all installation team invoices, allocate costs and sign off for payment as needed
  • Liaise with freight and shipping companies on transportation of furniture orders to projects outside UK
  • Ensure all site delivery bookings have been made with site managers
  • Receive and quality check all storage invoices from warehouses and allocate costs accordingly
