A highly regarded luxury interior design studio in the heart of London is seeking a Procurement and Project Manager to join their team. They specialise in creating innovative and inspirational interiors in the world’s most exclusive residences. The ideal candidate will have vast procurement experience and have the ability to manage tenders and negotiate with suppliers. They will be reporting to the Design Director, and be providing to support to the business and Senior Design Team.

Key requirements:

  • Proven experience & knowledge of working with high end supplier companies
  • Ability to process purchase orders and liaise with key suppliers to ensure project delivery
  • Client facing experience and confident presentation style
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills with strategic thinking
  • Strong analytical, numeracy skills and proficient IT Skills. Knowledge of ESTI would be advantageous
  • The ability to cope under pressure, make decisions and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and achieve targets
  • Commercial awareness and good working knowledge of contractual terms
  • Liaising with Design team to ensure customer needs are being met
  • Reconcile orders vs brief and specification
  • Experience in a similar role necessary
