Exciting & fast growing studio whose profile is rising in the industry is looking to add an experienced Project Architect/Architect with excellent design alongside strong delivery experience to the team. You will be working on a mixture of housing, high end residential, commercial, leisure and mixed use schemes across London. Working across all the RIBA stages you must have technical/delivery knowledge and contractor management experience. You will be offered a competitive salary & bonus with a very enjoyable and working environment and good work/life balance. AutoCAD preferred.

Required: –

RIBA or ARB registered Architect with experience of working on UK Projects

Site and delivery/technical experience alongside strong design ethos

Experience of working directly with the client, contractor and design team

Experience of various forms of building contract (D&B, CM, Traditional);
