The role is best suited to an individual with experience working on UK based projects coupled with a passion for the urban environment and a proven understanding of the requirements of modern civic spaces & buildings.
You should have the ability to sympathetically approach & respond with innovative design solutions to sensitive historical sites & context, within in budget.
The ideal candidate will be a Project Architect with proven client liaison experience dealing with projects ranging from £1m to £140m. You would also have the ability to manage client expectations whilst putting forward creative & innovative design solutions that generates value on your clients investments.
In order to safeguard their highly successful planning record, this studio is looking for a conscientious designer that can integrate designs seamlessly within site context.
This position promises the successful candidate the opportunity to apply themselves to a range of project stages and tasks including, but not limited to:
- Client Appraisals
- Feasibility Reports
- Concept & Design Development,
- Planning Submissions
- Detail Design
- Client Monitoring
- Project Coordination
- BIM Coordination (Revit training on offer)
In order to hit the ground running, you will need full proficiency in either Microstation or Revit (ideally both but this is not essential).
