An architecture practice based in Clerkenwell is looking for a Projects, QA and Document Coordinator to join their practice. The practice is known for having a great company culture, good work life balance and a supportive team.
The main responsibilities will be covering Quality Assurance Coordination, Project Programming and Coordination as well as Document Control for the business. The role will cover coordinating the practices QA systems, project review process and ensuring consistency across the studio in relation to projects.
The ideal person for this role will have knowledge of Project Management Mythologies such as PRINCE2 or PMBOK. They will have proven experience working within an architecture, engineering, construction or related disciplines. They will require advanced IT skills and software knowledge in; MS Project, Focal Point, Conject, Newforma, 4Projects or other Project Information Management Systems.
