If you are an Architect that is passionate about helping revolutionise design & construction, making it more sustainable, leaner, cleaner, cheaper and more reliable, we would like to hear from you!
We are working with a large multi-disciplinary that is looking for architects that can help push architecture & the built environment forward by considering ease of manufacture and efficiency of assembly whilst projects are being built on site, whilst you are setting up projects at the early stages.
Our client has set out to challenge the status-quo and has developed an approach to design (using DfMA) that has been rolled out across all of their offices. Adrem has been tasked in recruiting several architects that can help push this initiative forward.
The Requirement: We are looking for Qualified Architects with a proven ability to work with Revit (BIM) to develop a defined set of high-quality designs that will facilitate a leaner approach to on-site delivery of projects.
Our client believes that the DfMA approach will lead to the substantial evolution of the construction industry and they intend to lead the way through high quality design.
All applicants are asked to ensure you have at least three of the following requirements for the role;
- Full Revit (BIM) proficiency (essential)
- UK based experience working on Residential & Education projects
- Experience working on concept design stages utilising Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DFMA) techniques (desirable)
- ARB or RIBA Accreditation (essential) – Design-led CIAT accredited individuals may be considered
You will be rewarded for your services with a competitive salary + company car allowance and various additional benefits.
