One of the industries most current architectural practices is seeking a RIBA Part I or RIBA Part II Architectural Assistant to join the award-winning studio on a year-out placement.
You will work alongside two architectural directors on a contemporary project portfolio, developing high-end, bespoke residential sketch designs through the planning process and up to RIBA stage 4. The opportunity to work on paragraph 55 houses may also be available.
Applicants must possess demonstrable knowledge and proficiency using AutoCAD, those with Revit software proficiency will gain exposure in practice, however, it is not essential. Strong visualisation and CGI skills will allow successful applicants to work on front-end design schemes and present detailed visuals to clients.
