Senior Coordinator – Site Architect Job

This prestigious Architectural practice has been cooperating with worldwide multi-disciplinary’s, Engineering firms and some of the best Architectural practices on the planet. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Architectural Coordinator to join their London practice as they begin their expansion.

Since its founding, they have taken on many considerable projects ranging from commercial to mixed-use masterplans that occupy millions of square meters to more humble projects that require a sophisticated touch such as cultural places of worship.

The newly established London office benefits from being located opposite some of the leading names in design – the pinnacle of the AJ100. Having recently taken on board a large scale multi-million pound development in the Middle-East, the London office is recruiting for several positions. Should you have a background having worked for AJ100 practices on large scale International projects to British standards this could be a great opportunity for you. Do you match the following requirements:

• RIBA Part 3 – ARB Registered / RIBA Chartered
• Minimum 3+ years UK experience – delivering projects
• Exposure to all RIBA Plan of works – Stages 0-7
• Client facing experience, Project Management and Delivery of Medium to large scale projects
• Travelling to site – International – Coordinating Clients / External Consultants (prior experience required)
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe creative Suite, Sketchup (Must)
• Revit (Desirable)

The right calibre of candidate would be able to earn from £40,000 to £50,000 (depending on experience).
