A creative and innovative retail design and display agency who work on bespoke projects through to store fit out are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their busy and talented team to be responsible for delivering a high quality service to their international clients. You will work closely with project coordinators and designers to ensure complex projects are managed from conception through to installation, and are delivered on time and on budget.

Key Role Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager –

  • Managing the accounts of multiple clients, working on up to 5-10 projects simultaneously, at all varying stages of design, production or installation
  • Managing and mentoring junior project managers and project coordinators
  • Organise team’s inspirational activities and coordinate presentation meeting for individuals
  • Building and maintaining a positive relationship with client and ensuring they receive the best possible service and that positive feedback is consistently received
  • Taking briefs from clients and distributing accordingly to design and production
  • Monitoring project progress to meet client brief and expectations
  • Costing and quoting of projects, liaising with suppliers and contractors
  • Sourcing relevant props and suppliers for specific projects often working from a drawing or written brief, getting comparative quotes and creating strong supplier relations
  • Preparing quotes and submitting to the client
  • Creating timelines and critical paths
  • Managing client expectations of sign-off dates/achievability with an understanding of client’s commercial objectives
  • Working with and managing the design and production teams, suppliers, contractors and freelancers
  • Ability to coordinate logistics of allocating a large roll out order to specific stores and destinations
  • Managing installations of projects including liaising with the client, booking any transport requirements or freelancers. Responsible for final handover and getting clients sign-off

  • Demonstrating excellent communication skills when liaising with suppliers and internally; ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, demonstrating an organised and efficient approach
  • Ability to multitask, working on multiple jobs simultaneously and ability to prioritise sensible and efficiently
  • Highly numerate; motivated by financial results and client satisfaction
  • Strategic approach to client retention including forecasting and account planning
  • Solution focused with a positive outlook; ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Energetic, self-motivated, consistently proactive and showing initiative
  • Mac Literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
