One of the industries most respected and luxurious furniture and interior designers who are based in London but with an international client base are seeking a Trade Sales Executive to join their small and talented team. Working across both residential and commercial projects, they are recognised for their use of honourable materials, fine craftsmanship and deluxe finishes.

The successful candidate will be an experience sales individual, already working with their own prestigious interior design and commercial accounts with a background in delivering proven results within the industry.

Key responsibilities of the Trade Sales Executive –

  • Proactively generating opportunities through existing/previous clients or new business development
  • Identify and conduct weekly sales call opportunities
  • Create brand and product awareness within the market
  • Assist clients on furniture specification and project details
  • Project managing orders – presenting proposals and written orders
  • Communicating lead times and all relative information to clients
  • Focus on developing new key trade relationships within the high end residential, commercial and A&D market sectors
  • Liaising with project and production teams

Key skills and experience of the Trade Sales Executive –

  • An established and target individual who is ambitious within their approach to B2B sales
  • Strong knowledge, experience and contacts within the interior design industry and high net worth customer base
  • Confident in both face to face client meetings and presentations
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Personable with strong client relation skills
  • Well presented with a strong work ethic and sense of integrity
  • Ability to work well under pressure both individually and as part of a team
  • Organised and professional, capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on accuracy
